Hello everyone,
Wishing everyone a safe and Happy Thanksgiving!!
11th Annual Turkey Shoot 125 – 11/28 practice day – 11/29 race day – 11/30 – race day with the 125 lap Turkey Shoot.
As we are just 1 week away from the great event, here is the detailed schedule. We have the Hoosier ST1* and ST3* tires all stacked and ready to go for the Super Late Models. Tire selection is based on registration dates, and the process will be delivered on Friday morning at the track. Assigned parking, so if you are traveling with a group, please let me know. Some of you have already done that. If you still need to register here is the link for the forms and pay-out. https://www.tucsonspeedwayaz.com/rules/ . You can always register at the gate too.
If you ordered or purchase a barrel of fuel, there will be a $50 barrel deposit that will be waived when the barrel is returned.
We are looking forward to another great event with the CAN-AM Sprints racing all 3 days. They always put on a great show.
Currently, we have a great line up of 17 Super Late Models and 19 CAN-AM Sprints along with the nice group of Thunder Trucks and Mini Stocks.
XLR8 Coffee Truck will be in the pit area Friday and Saturday from 10am on with great coffee drinks, teas, lemonade, etc. along with muffins, pastries, and cookies. BBQ will be there Saturday in the pit area with some great BBQ – Pulled Pork, Mac-N-Cheese, Burgers and more. Both food trucks will move to the concourse Saturday and Sunday. Please support their efforts to come support the track!!
2025 Tucson Speedway Annual Awards Banquet
December 13, 2025, 4:30pm cocktails, 6:30pm dinner and 7:00pm starts the Awards Presentation. This is the date to put on your calendar. We will be at Desert Diamond Casino on Old Nogales Highway. If you did not see the e-mail with the banquet reservation form, be sure to contact me and I will get you one. Deadline for reservations is December 9th for me to provide dinner selections to the casino.
2026 – 13th Annual Chilly Willy 150 – Thursday 1/15/26 practice day – Friday – Sunday1/1626 – 1/18/26 racing each day
NASCAR Super Late Models, INEX Legends (regional qualifier) and CARS Tour West Pro Late Models are on the schedule. We will have drivers from all over America and Canada for this event. It is one you don’t want to miss.
$20,000 to win, $1,500 to start the Super Late Model Chilly Willy 150. $1,000 to win, $125 to start Pro/Master and $750 to win, $75 to start Semi Pro/Young Lions. Here is the link for registration and pay-out information. https://www.tucsonspeedwayaz.com/rules/
